Nwabisa holds a BTech in Public Relations Management focussing on Reputation Management from the Vaal University of Technology and further has qualifications in Project Management from Wits University and Graphic Design from the AAA School of Advertising.
Having taken up several positions within the field of Public Relations, Nwabisa worked on a number of exclusive corporate events as well as major events such as the Cape Town International Jazz Festival and the Up The Creek Music Festival. She later branched into the hospitality industry where she joined the sales force of The Birchwood Hotel & O R Tambo Conference Centre before moving to the Protea Hotels Group.
Prior to starting an events and marketing agency known as Lumamu Consulting, Nwabisa worked for the Manufacturing, Engineering and Related Services SETA (merSETA) where her responsibilities included social media, events, sponsorship and brand management.
Nwabisa consults as a project manager on various industry projects. She is also an event MC and inspirational speaker who appreciates topics related to customer experiences, entrepreneurship, youth and women empowerment.
