Welcome to another edition of the Achiever magazine. Thank you to all who have been on this journey with me as the Editor for the past three editions.

Thank you to all who have contributed to this issue and most importantly thank you for choosing Achiever.

We are in the last few months of the year and so much has happened within the South African Economy.

We still continue to focus on skills development, education and training as it is a core aspect in taking this country to higher heights.

In this edition we have had the privilege of speaking to amazing men and women in their various industries sharing their amazing journey's of success with us.

We also take a look into the following topics.

While knowledge is key for the effective running for our schooling system it should not lose sight of the intention of the education system being to produce active citizens who will rightfully take up their place in society and add value to the world of work.

The future of work is fast growing in the digital world. Industry 4.0 will change every sector in industry, commonly referred to as The Fourth Industrial Revolution, the move towards digitisation that will use internet of things to collect data that can be used by manufacturers and producers. We see how the connected intelligence in business and the social world will completely change the way we do business in the future, Are we ready for the changes?

These are only a few highlights within this edition.

I hope you all enjoy what Achiever has to offer.

Yours in Skills Development
