Bidvest Bank are the first African based client to be invited to the prestigious event and are the first company to win the Best International Learning Journey award.
Bidvest Bank began using the aNewSpring software in 2014, when Gallon sought to mirror the Bank’s customer centric approach to banking in her training programs
The Bidvest Bank brief required a blended learning program that was user friendly, cost effective and included a knowledge retention capability for refresher training.
“The implementation process was seamless as we were guided by aNewSpring Africa throughout,” says Gallon.
During her presentation in Rotterdam, Gallon explained how the platform had saved the Bank millions of Rands in the past three years and had a positive impact on the training culture within the organization. “The results speak for themselves,” says Gallon.
“I am delighted to see the very real value that Bidvest Bank has unlocked using the aNewSpring platform. The results are really rather staggering and exceeded even my own expectations,” said Paul Hanly, Managing Director of aNewSpring Africa
aNewSpring Africa will be hosting a Learning & Development event on 16th March in Johannesburg during which the Bidvest Bank case study will be presented to other L&D managers within the Bidvest Group of Companies, although select external organizations will also be invited to attend.
