YOLANDA SING BRINGS THE GIFT OF HORSES TO SOUTH AFRICA

Yolanda Sing, an established equine learning facilitator is introducing the Authentic Leadership Programme through the gift of horses here in South Africa.

Yolanda Sing is a professional coach who inspires people to connect with the authentic leader within. Her message is a catalyst for people to take charge of their lives, find their purpose and draw upon their gifts and talents to become their personal best. Yolanda Sing holds a B. A in Personnel Management, Honours B (B &A), M.B.A, Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and is qualified as an executive coach (Results Coaching Systems) and an Equine Assisted Learning Facilitator.

Yolanda Sing has worked extensively overseas, and has gained Global Human Resource Management experience in Senior Human Resource Executive Roles, in the following countries: America, China, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, India, New Zealand, Middle East, Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, Thailand and Egypt. Prior to that, she held Senior Human Resources Management positions at Woolworths and Standard Bank. She has returned to South Africa after eight years abroad, facilitating the equine assisted leadership workshops worldwide.

Her unique contributions to Africa are to develop Authentic Leadership through the gift of horses and to build capacity by reinvesting her knowledge and experience in Africa.

She also presents the Authentic Leadership Program for USB Executive Development (USB-ED), the public executive development and training company of the University of Stellenbosch Business School (USB).
